This is our first Female Flag Football Event 2008.

Calling all Girls and Women ages 8 - 80 to join us on Saturday and Sunday Oct. 18 and 19 from Noon - 3pm at Lake Forest City Park - Wiggly Dog Park for fun and games. Learn to play flag football and discover your awesome leadership skills. Bring your family for support.

BE THE FIRST MOM TO THROW TD PASS TO DAUGHTER or CATCH TD PASS FROM HER

Dress to play; no equipment expense; no cleats; wear tennis or running shoes with good gripping sole. Five players on each team; 50-yard field; lots of TDs; no contact; no blocking. Lots of fun.

Bring water, snacks, and folding chairs or a blanket for family and friends to sit on. The Valero service station is 1/4 mile away if someone needs a bathroom, food or drink.

There is a playground with swings and slides for young children.

COACHING IS PROVIDED. Handouts show Pass Patterns. Time is spent practicing and warming up.

IF YOU PLAYED SOFTBALL, BASKETBALL, SOCCER or VOLLEYBALL,
you have the eye-hand coordination to play football.

Quarterback gets to call her own plays; can choose to throw junior-size or regular-size football.

We are asking for a $5 commitment fee, so please pay online with PayPal when you RSVP. However, if you decide to just show up at the last minute, we will find a way for you to participate.

We will also have free pet ID registration, photo & software for pet owners -EARS
