This is for all whose body and mind crave that feeling of satisfaction that you can only get from competitive sports. Nothing crazy, just good ol' fun to get the heart pumping and keep the knees from rusting. Flag football, basketball, racquetball, softball, kayaking and paintball are my choice sports, but we can open it up to mountain biking, golf, tennis or whatever else you might suggest. Come out and learn a real team sport! It is very competitive but played only by gentlemen. You will gain a great deal of fitness, learn many new skills, and will be a part of a great team atmosphere. There are no lime light positions, everybody plays offense and defense, everybody can pass, tackle, kick, and carry the ball.  These skills will be taught and all athletes are welcome.  Come give it a try, big, small, fast, or slow, you will have fun!
